Jungle Cooking

On 4/30/09 the Bangkok Post, an English language daily newspaper, published an article I wrote titled "Jungle Cooking". The article describes activities at the cooking school I co-founded at the Prem Tinsulanonda Center for International Education in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai province, in northern Thailand.
